We do not currently accept comprehensive re-useable tenant screening reports.
Our screening criteria are:

  • Verifiable income of at least 2 ½ times the rent.
  • Good Landlord references.
    • Sorry, we can’t place tenants with pending evictions or poor landlord references.
  • Criminal history.
    • o If your criminal history is not clean, please discuss this with us before submitting an application.
  • Reasonable Credit History.
    • o We are not credit score driven, but need to be able to verify that you have a history of paying your housing costs in a timely manner.

Some of our properties accept Section 8 (and similar housing assistance programs).
Some will accept pets on a case by case basis.
Please understand that this is decided by the homeowner and their insurance carriers, not our personal preferences.
